Boviet Solar supplies 700 MW of Vega Series mono bifacial PERC modules to Origis Energy
Leading manufacturer of PERC PV and bifacial PV modules, Tier 1 solar technology company, Boviet Solar, has signed a partnership agreement with Miami-headquartered solar and energy storage developer Origis Energy to supply 700 megawatts of the company’s Vega Series™ solar modules. The delivery is slated for 2023.
These monocrystalline modules utilize Boviet Solar’s cutting-edge PERC and bifacial technology, reaching a module capacity of 550W. Origis Energy will deploy these modules for its utility-scale solar projects in the U.S. market. Samir Verstyn, Chief Investment Officer & Chief Operations Officer of Origis Energy believes the Boviet solar technology allows Origis to “achieve important productivity and cost objectives” across their solar portfolios.

Boviet Solar’s Vega Series™ bifacial PV modules are made from premium materials under stringent quality control and high-tech manufacturing processes. PERC, half-cut, multi-busbar, and large-cell designs enable Boviet solar PV modules to achieve high power conversion efficiency and power output under different installation environments.
Boviet Solar has obtained BloombergNEF’s Tier 1 rating since 2017. Its solar PV modules have been awarded as “Top Performers” by PV Evolution Labs (PVEL)[1] since 2019.
Apart from bifacial modules, Boviet Solar’s Gamma Series™ mono-facial modules also provide excellent performance for solar projects.
